Jon's been deemed an irresponsible citizen of the realm, and is summoned by the Health Ministry to attend a corrective course at the mysterious Phoebe Academy.

Yet a quartet of malevolence lurks there in temporary residence ... and the endangered Jon and his resourceful stepdaughter begin to learn of the sinister scheme being hatched by Shockers And Demon; involving supernatural and biological manipulation, to attain their full subjugation of the realm.
